BaltCTF will be held for the second time by team [censored] from Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University. Game will last for 48 hours from 10 May 2013 12:00 UTC till 12 May 2013 12:00 UTC. Everyone is welcome to take part. Five teams from Russia and up to five teams from other countries will participate in offline finals. Finals will be held in classic format in Kaliningrad in august.
